Exchange/ ReturnPolicy
We're sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with the product :(
Here's what we can do:
- Send a return (exchange) request at exchange.stracts@gmail.com with the reason and a subject as "Exchange Order" with your following information (Name, Address, City, Pincode, Contact No.) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You can exchange products within 3 days of delivery.
- Please ensure while returning the product, packaging is intact and all the labels are there.
- Customised products or sale items can't be exchanged or refunded.
- Additional charge of INR 199 has to be paid by customer for any exchange as pickup cost.
- If customer wants to arrange a pickup, they can do themselves and charges will be borne on their end. Tracking id should be provided to the brand within 3 working days after the date of delivery of their order.
- In case the customer receives different/damaged/defective product, he/she shall need not to pay any additional charges. An unboxing video is required for the same as a proof of different/damaged/defective product.
- Exchanged item will be shipped once the package has been received by the brand and whole process can take 7-14 working days.
- Only 1 time exchange is available.
- In case of unavailability of the required size in the same product, only a CREDIT VOUCHER can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 90 days.
- Any returns/refund facility not available.
