 Exchange/ Return Policy

We sincerely apologise for any dissatisfaction with your recent purchase. Please consider the following options for a resolution:

Damaged/Wrong Product Delivered:

• Free exchange is available.
• Please contact us within 24 hours after delivery. 

Kindly initiate an exchange request by emailing us at 
hello@stractsbyriya.com

• The new product will be shipped after we receive the exchange product (Refunds are not offered)
• Exchange process takes 10-12 working days.
• Pickup and shipment will be done from the brand's side.
• Please share an unboxing video for the same.

Don't Like the Product /Size /Others:

• A nominal fee will be charged for returns and exchanges.
• Exchanges are available within sizes and different products. Refunds are not offered.
• Charges include (reverse pickup cost + forward shipment, i.e. INR 170. If the pin code is not serviceable, the customer is required to ship the product back (Brand will only charge for forward shipment)
• Returns are available only in the form of store credit. Refunds are not offered.
• Credit note is valid for 90 days from the issued date on the registered email id.
• Once the product reaches us, our team will issue store credit.
• Exchange process takes 10-12 days.
• We reserve the right to not accept a return/exchange if:
• the product is returned after use
• the product is damaged
• Only one return/exchange is allowed.
• Exchange/returns can be done within 3 days after delivery.
