Return & Exchange Policy

No returns are accepted except if the product is defective/damaged.

Only exchange is available against defective product.

An opening/unboxing video is required for the return/exchange process.

 Exchange/ ReturnPolicy

  • Send a return (exchange) request at stractsclothing@gmail.com with the reason and a subject as "Exchange Order" with your following information (Name, Address, City, Pincode, Contact No.) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Once we receive your mail, a confirmation MAIL with the exchange process will be sent to you.
  • Parcel must be shipped by customers within 48 hours of receiving the product. We do not provide any reverse-shipping service.
  • Shipping charges to be borne by customers only.
  • Please ensure while returning the product, packaging is intact and all the labels are there.
  • Exchange/return product will be delivered once we receive your previous PRODUCT IN GOOD CONDITIONS.
  • In case of unavailability of the required size in the same product, only a CREDIT VOUCHER can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 6 months.
  • Returns/refund facility not available.
